Today  i am going to tell you that how to root galaxy s3, The first question arises is that, What is rooting on Android?

The second question is that, Why we root Android?. At the very first let me tell you what is rooting on Android here we go.

What is Rooting on Android:

Rooting on Android”  provides you a better UI ( user interface ) and give you the access to the Android’s Software. By rooting your android you can get around any restriction about your phone applied bye the carrier or the manufacturer of your device. By the source of “Rooting”  you can speed up your Android in many ways like your can customize its ROM’s and processor etc.

Guidance Before Rooting Galaxy S3

This method is only applicable for Android 4.1.2  jelly bean version.This method is working only for this version and do no attempt to Root any other smart phone by using this method. Before you apply this make sure that you have fulfilled the following requirements after this you can easily Root galaxy S3 i9300.

  1. It only work with Android 4.1.2 jelly bean XXEMG4  firmware and remember that by using CF-Auto-Root it will work for previous ones also.
  2. Before you start the process of Rooting your Android you must have to backup all of your data in the situation that if you loose your all the data during the rooting process.
  3. Install all of the Samsung USB drivers on your PC.
  4. Enable the USB Debugging
  5. Disable all the antivirus running on your computer and keep in mind that rooting android will void its Warranty.
  6. Charge your battery at least up to 75% and also disable the KIES software of Samsung if you installed on your computer.

 How To Root Galaxy S3 i9300 Using Cf-Auto-Root

Now i will tell you some simple steps to Root Galaxy S3

just follow the steps for Rooting Galxy S3 here we go.

1- First of all download CF-Auto-Root file

2- Extract the zip file of CF-Auto-Root and you will fined a file with extension “.tar.md5” and now don’t extract any other file.

3- Now download Odin3 v3.07

4- Now switch of your Android Phone and just boot it to the download mode by pressing Power key+Menu key+Volume down key (long press) and hold them all until you see the logo of Android and then press the Volume up key to see the download mode.

5- just launch the Odin3 v3.07  executable on your PC.

6- Then connect your phone with your PC and make sure that USB is recognized otherwise reinstall the Samsung USB drivers.

7- you have to click on the PDA button and brows for the XXEMG4 CF Auto-Root tar.md5 file from your computer and upload this file in the ODIN and when you done all this click on the start button to begins the process of rooting.

8- When your device will be rooted then you device will reboot automatically and ODIN displays “PASS” alert and wait for the booting process to be complete.

9- Now your device will reboot again and this time it will start normally and appears a home screen now go to the Google play and Install Root Checker app to check weather the phone is rooted or not.
