Short Story of Saints Row IV
I’ll start with saying that Saints Row IV is one of the best open world yet the silliest games to be released. There are quite a lot of reasons to support my statement. You’re playing as the President of the United States and trying to save your world from the alien invaders. The weapons are ridiculous but fun to mess with (such as the Dubstep Gun, and you do fire a heavy sound making everyone around you to dance in the silliest possible way). The missions are rightly planned, you’ll enjoy doing the tasks and will never get bored of following the story which is linear.
If you don’t feel like following the story all the time then worry not. This is a free roaming game and there’s a lot which you can do i.e. collecting the items scattered throughout the city, or do some hacking to driving tanks in your street. Something which I personally like is the jokes you’d be listening to from the very start of the game till the end of it.
Other things include a tribute to the famous “The Matrix”, stealth missions and some video game romance as well.
In short, Saints Row IV might not be what you see outside. Although, what I can tell you is that it is at least a 25 hour of crazy driving, shooting and cracking jokes. You must go and buy it!
